My husband and I began to cultivate a friendship with the carrier and developed a system so he knows if I have packages to pick up or not. When I did online requests for pickup, they were completely ignored so I gave up on it. So sorry you also have problems with the pickup system. Is anyone having these problems with the USPS website? Are there workarounds? My ship times are increasing just because my pickups are being ignored on days I don't have time to run to the post office myself. Sometimes I'll get a confirmation after a successful pickup, sometimes I don't. When I log in to try to modify a pickup, the drop-down menu won't even load to let me choose an address on my account to see requests for. I put in the request, get the confirmation page, but then don't get a confirmation email about 4 out of 5 times. Here's the thing: I'm having trouble with the USPS website these days, and I can't tell if my requests are even going through. Recently, I find that my requests are being ignored, to the point that the delivery person is coming to the door to drop off other mail (mailboxes are on people's porches around here), I can see on my ring camera that they look at the pile of packages on the porch, and they walk away. I've been using USPS Package Pickup regularly for over a year. Making comments that admit to or encourage looking up a Poshmark user via screenshot details, or recognizing their identity, will result in a ban.
