Fibaro Flood Sensor submerged in water (Image credit: Fibaro) Smart water-leak detectors are an essential tool when it comes to home safety. That's all I'm really looking for at this point-monitoring for flow when there should be none-and I suspect it's not too difficult with a little studying. If I find time and motivation I'll look into how to get flow = true / false into HS3 via the API. The Flume does everything it says it will without compromise. It's seemed I was communicating with people either developing the product themselves, or very near to the process. Their support has been very good when I've contacted them via the app or email. It took 15 min to set up and the App is brilliant. It’s clearly built from quality, the technology is amazing and it’s useful to help save water by showing you accurately and simply just how much water you’re probably wasting. I've been satisfied with it in general, although the wireless connection between the pulse reader and hub sometimes drops out likely due to obstructions in my specific case (stone/plaster walls with metal lath, cast iron meter box, etc.). The Flume does everything it says it will without compromise. My hope has been that someone will do some HS3 integration as I don't have the knowledge and skills to do it myself. I use one that I purchased in conjunction with a rebate program from my water utility company. ![]()
